FINAL MUSIC PRODUCTION BLOG

I've added the links to blogs and two soundcloud accounts. I have learnt a lot of new skills that have helped to improve my knowledge of music production. I had used cubase before joining the course and briefly worked in a studio but a lot of the work was new to me. I now feel comfortable in using a mixing desk and setting up a whole band for recording. I have learnt how to utilise lots of effects and techniques within cubase that have become useful for mastering and producing recordings with my band. My 3rd bands EP unfortunately had to be rushed, therefore it wasn't completely mastered and produced for 2 of the songs. I know understand that in a real situation with using a recording studio, you won't have lots of time, otherwise you'll be paying more money to stay in long. It's important to time consume. I spent more time working on the instrumental MIDI track.
