Today all the bands in ED1 had a performance where we had to perform 3 of our songs that we've been practising. I felt that my performance could have been better in terms of the song "Holiday". I was wearing gloves during my perfomance. It helped to add tone to the song "I'd Rather Go Blind" which resulted in my bass sounding very nice but my fingers were slipping and missing the notes when it came to playing our last song "Holiday" so I've learnt that it's best not to wear my gloves. I don't think I was moving around enough on stage so I should move a bit more the next time I have a performance, look like I'm enjoying the show. "I'd Rather Go Blind" was a very good performance and I felt that that was very good, my bass sounded very good and as a whole I believe the band sounded perfect. "It Must Be Love" was pretty good as well but I need to practise on the bass a bit more. I've also learnt that I should have a different approach to each song, I should have different tone depending on what song is being played like if it's "Holiday" then that should be aggresive with a lot of treble but if it's "I'd Rather Go Blind" then that should be a lighter more low end tone.
