The Studio

We've had about 5 lessons in the studio so far. I've been learning about cubase and how it works which wasn't too bad because I used it last year at sixth form so it is familiar to me. I learnt how to set up mics for a drum kit and how to add audio tracks on cubase which have to be mono so that you can record drums. The studio is very good and it may seem a little confusing at first but its not too hard for when it comes to setting up for a recodring. I learnt and managed to gather that it's very important having lessons in the studio because the more time we spend in the studio the more experience we will gain. We will also become familiar with the mxing desk and how to set up microphones.
